HISAB GLOBAL CONSULTING

Website Terms of Use

Effective date:

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Use govern access to https://hisabglobalconsulting.com (the “Website”), which presents information about services offered under the Hisab Global Consulting brand by the separate Hisab Entities identified in the Legal Information section. By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Additional written engagement terms apply to any professional services and prevail over these Website Terms in the event of inconsistency relating to the engagement.

2. Website information is not professional advice

Content on the Website is for general information only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, audit, regulatory, investment or other professional advice, nor a recommendation or assurance concerning a particular situation. Laws and regulatory guidance change and content may not reflect every development. You should obtain advice tailored to your circumstances before relying on any material.

3. No client relationship through website use

Visiting the Website, sending an enquiry, receiving general information or exchanging preliminary correspondence does not by itself create a client relationship, fiduciary duty or obligation to accept an engagement. Professional services commence only after the relevant Hisab Entity accepts an engagement under agreed written terms, including any required onboarding and verification.

4. Separate entities, services and regulatory status

Hisab Global Consulting LLC and Hisab Global Consulting Ltd are separate legal entities. Each is responsible for its own contracts, obligations, personnel and services. The contracting entity is specified in the applicable engagement letter, proposal or invoice. Descriptions of finance officer, compliance or other regulated-related support do not imply that either entity is itself authorised by the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority to conduct regulated financial services. Any appointment to a regulated function is subject to applicable regulatory approvals and conditions. Services are provided only within the relevant entity’s licensed scope and applicable law.

5. Permitted use and prohibited conduct

You may view and use the Website for lawful personal or business information purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, bypass security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape or harvest personal data unlawfully, impersonate others, submit misleading material, infringe third-party rights, or use the Website for unlawful activities. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, users or our legal interests.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, Website text, graphics, layout, logos, branding and other materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant Hisab Entity and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may print or download reasonable extracts for internal reference, retaining notices and without commercial republication. No trademark or other licence is granted except as expressly stated.

7. Enquiries and submitted materials

Information you submit must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and you must have authority to disclose it. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through a general enquiry form unless we have agreed an appropriate secure channel. Submission does not oblige us to act, advise or accept instructions. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party links and services

The Website may link to external websites, portals, software providers or public authorities. We do not control their availability, accuracy, content or policies and links do not necessarily indicate endorsement. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

9. Availability, accuracy and changes

We aim to keep Website content accurate and current but do not warrant uninterrupted access, completeness or freedom from technical errors. We may update, suspend or withdraw Website content or functionality at any time, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Hisab Entities are not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on general Website information or from interruptions, viruses or third-party links, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that applicable law prohibits limiting. Liability for professional services is governed by the applicable engagement agreement and mandatory law.

11. Privacy and confidentiality

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. The Website is not a secure client portal unless expressly identified as such. Information displayed publicly on the Website is not confidential merely because it concerns professional services.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Website Terms are subject to the laws applicable to the relevant Hisab Entity and dispute, including mandatory provisions of ADGM law where applicable. For a claim relating to a specific engagement, the governing law and dispute-resolution clause in the engagement agreement control. Nothing in these Terms purports to remove mandatory jurisdiction or consumer protections where applicable.

13. Amendments and contact

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on the Website. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Questions may be submitted through the Website contact channel.
